Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Business Coordinator to work remotely in Michigan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling interviews, coordinating meetings, and managing travel arrangements for Regional Business Directors
  • Support facilitation and business development activities while delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
  • Interact with various levels of management, handle confidential documents, and ensure effective communication within the organization
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent; relevant Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2-3 years of related experience in Office Administration and 1-3 years in Customer Service
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Experience using productivity tools and portal technologies
