Key Responsibilities

- Support facilitation and business development activities while delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
- Interact with various levels of management, handle confidential documents, and ensure effective communication within the organization
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; relevant Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2-3 years of related experience in Office Administration and 1-3 years in Customer Service
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
- Experience using productivity tools and portal technologies
