ERP Operations Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oracle ERP & EPM Business Operations Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage post-Go-Live operations and establish a coordinated support model for Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM
• Implement process controls and oversee public sector reporting stability and audits
• Build ticket triage systems and coordinate cross-functional execution to prevent delays in critical business functions

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, and EPM implementations
• Experience in designing cross-functional frameworks in Finance, HR, IT, and Procurement
• Strong background in operational risk control and strategic project management
• Leadership experience in public sector or complex organizational environments is preferred
