Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Product Management (Salesforce).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce-powered Hub services
• Drive strategy and adoption of various Salesforce platforms to optimize patient journeys
• Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in patient support Hub services
• Proven success with Salesforce platforms, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Deep understanding of patient services and familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks
