Director of Product Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product Management - Merchants.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and socialize Pinterest-wide strategy related to merchant integrity and product catalog management
• Manage and coach the Merchants PM team while partnering with technical and business stakeholders
• Collaborate with merchants, third-party partners, and sales teams to identify needs and opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in leading teams and driving recruiting efforts
• Strong technical background, particularly in working with Engineering and Machine Learning teams
• Experience in e-commerce, platform tooling, or shopping ads is strongly desired
• Ability to communicate strategy effectively to executive audiences and across the company
