Director of Quality Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee a scalable, ISO-aligned Quality Management System (QMS)
• Establish and maintain company-wide standards for process documentation and compliance tracking
• Develop and lead supplier qualification and performance monitoring programs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality systems roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity
• Experience in setting up or scaling a corporate quality function from the ground up
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
• Experience with quality in hardware manufacturing and supply chain environments
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, quality management, or related discipline
