Key Responsibilities
- Design and improve operational reports and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Partner with leadership on fiscal planning and optimize resource allocation and team capacity
- Define and refine processes across various functions and lead the rollout of new service offerings
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in technology or professional services
- Proven success in scaling utilization, capacity, and KPI reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce and Jira
- Experience in CRM redesigns and process improvements for efficiency
- Hands-on experience with Professional Services automation tools and strong analytical skills
