Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Software Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve operational reports and dashboards for key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Partner with leadership on fiscal planning and optimize resource allocation and team capacity
• Define and refine processes across various functions and lead the rollout of new service offerings

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in an operations leadership role, preferably in technology or professional services
• Proven success in scaling utilization, capacity, and KPI reporting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Salesforce and Jira
• Experience in CRM redesigns and process improvements for efficiency
• Hands-on experience with Professional Services automation tools and strong analytical skills
