DSS Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DSS Engineer (Hybrid Role in Albuquerque, NM).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hardware configuration and support, ensuring reliable access to workstations and devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported via phone, email, and tickets in a helpdesk environment
• Manage hardware inventory and support new hire deployments and office moves

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Deskside Support Specialist
• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows OS, Active Directory, and O365 Suite applications
• Experience with remote support tools and ServiceNow ticketing system
• Experience in imaging workstations and providing VPN and VDI support
• Prior inventory management of corporate assets and enterprise printer support required
