Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in email marketing, marketing operations, or lifecycle automation, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment
- Deep expertise with HubSpot, including workflows, segmentation, and reporting
- Strong understanding of email deliverability and compliance
- Analytical skills with experience building dashboards and making data-informed decisions
- Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple priorities
