Email Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance retention revenue through email and SMS campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, write, and deploy 8-12 campaign emails monthly, ensuring timely execution
• Audit, build, and optimize automation flows while implementing dynamic content for better performance
• Manage audience segmentation and maintain list hygiene to grow engaged profiles

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of experience in retention/email marketing or digital campaign execution
• Proven success using Klaviyo; experience with HubSpot or Mailchimp is a bonus
• Strong understanding of email/SMS automation flows and segmentation
• Experience in eCommerce, preferably with US, AU, or EU markets
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting and customization is preferred
