Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encounters System Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage State and Federal Encounters SLAs and KPIs
• Resolve internal and State/CMS encounter rejections
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure data quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare EDI transactions, including 837 and response transactions
• Experience with healthcare program implementations, preferably in Medicaid
• Proficient in data validation and quality assurance processes
• SQL proficiency for generating reports and testing data
• Familiarity with Medicaid programs and EDI standards, including the 5010 837 Implementation Guide
