Job Summary
A company is looking for an Engineer II - Vault - Customer Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the resolution of critical customer escalations by collaborating with support, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis to diagnose complex customer issues
- Contribute directly to the Vault codebase by implementing bug fixes and developing enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a distributed systems environment
- Hands-on experience with a programming language such as Go and technologies like Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of security, identity, and secrets management concepts
- Experience using and operating Vault in production environments
- Motivated by mentoring and developing others within a team environment
