Engineering Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Lead to guide the technical direction and delivery of the VA Voicebot program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across two engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with program goals
• Work closely with the Program Manager to translate stakeholder priorities into actionable engineering work
• Clear engineering blockers and facilitate scrum ceremonies for the Enterprise Integration team

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in engineering leadership across multiple agile teams
• Background in software engineering with knowledge of React & Rails
• Experience with IVR or Voicebot technologies is preferred
• Familiarity with VA-specific processes and tools
• Bachelor's degree is required
