• Strong hands-on experience with modern tech stacks, including Java/Python and cloud platforms
• Experience managing teams building AI-enabled products or data platforms
• Proven track record of building and mentoring engineering teams in a collaborative environment
• Experience implementing agile methodologies and driving continuous improvement in team productivity
