• Serve as the bridge between machine development and software development teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of software team and project management experience in a manufacturing, robotics, or automation context
• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Prior experience with industrial automation, robotics systems, or CAD/CAM workflows
• Familiarity with systems integration and hardware/software interfaces
• Experience with diagnostic tooling and debugging processes in distributed systems
