Senior Engineer, Observability

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer, Observability (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the observability roadmap and communicate progress with cross-functional partners
• Drive collaborative discussions to identify gaps in alerts and monitoring, and gather requirements for reports and alerts
• Act as a technical liaison to investigate customer struggles and translate findings into actionable insights for engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in identifying performance concerns and driving website improvements
• 5+ years of relevant front-end web development experience
• A Bachelor's degree or an additional 3 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with session replay tools or other observability tools
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
