Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Electromagnetic Transient (EMT) Studies Engineer for a remote work position.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform studies related to short-time electromagnetic transients for insulation coordination and protection system analysis
• Provide technical support for clients and assist in regional business development initiatives
• Manage client expectations in a client-facing role

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field with equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience focused on Electromagnetic Transient (EMT) Studies
• Proficiency in PSCAD or EMTP, PSSE, and ASPEN or Gridscale X software
• Self-sufficient engineer capable of producing work with minimal guidance
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex assignments
