Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect I to support onboarding projects and enhance merchant integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support onboarding projects to improve processes and reduce manual efforts for new merchants
• Document merchant technical environments, including system architecture diagrams and API inventories
• Investigate and resolve complex post-onboarding technical issues for enterprise merchants

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a technical solution architecting or engineering role
• 3+ years of customer-facing experience in technology, consulting, or financial services
• Strong experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise merchants
• Experience working with eCommerce and ERP platforms
• Proficiency in Javascript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful Integrations
