• Establish and maintain 3-month roadmaps aligned with Product priorities
• Drive hiring, onboarding, and career development while ensuring high engineering standards

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple engineering teams and complex technical projects
• Experience with remote, globally distributed teams
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set roadmaps and drive accountability
• Experience in hiring, scaling, and mentoring engineering teams
• Familiarity with the Postgres ecosystem and developer tools or infrastructure products
