Engineering Manager, DevOps

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team through scrum ceremonies and collaborate with project managers on resource assignments
• Drive development goals and adhere to roadmap deadlines while undertaking hands-on development tasks
• Mentor team members, facilitate continuous learning, and define team goals through OKRs and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years in DevOps
• Proficient in managing multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Experience leading a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team
