Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Runner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Runner team in building and evolving the Zap Execution platform
• Drive platform excellence by ensuring the execution pipeline is robust and cost-effective
• Coach and develop senior engineers while shaping the technical roadmap for the platform

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience in building and operating complex distributed systems at scale
• Experience leading platform teams and managing internal customer relationships
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AWS services like SQS, S3, and Lambda
• Ability to define and monitor success metrics related to infrastructure changes
• Strong collaboration skills across product, design, support, and infrastructure teams
