Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager with a focus on team performance and resource management
• 7+ years in Technical Leadership or Project/Program Management overseeing large-scale projects
• 5+ years using scaled Agile methodologies and driving Agile adoption
• 3+ years of technical experience in software development, particularly in cloud, .NET, or J2EE
• 5+ years managing project financials, including budgeting and resource allocation
