Engineering Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an EIT Engineering Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the team, focusing on system maintenance and development
• Oversee staff management, including hiring, performance reviews, and professional development
• Ensure adherence to policies and manage team-level project details as a technical subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Sciences related field or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in information technology concepts, application development, or enterprise system maintenance
• 5 years of systems maintenance and/or programming experience
• 3 years of expert knowledge in at least one programming language or enterprise system
• Availability for on-call support and after-hours system deployments
