Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enrollment Advisor for a 10-month remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consultation calls with parents to encourage enrollment in the online therapy program
• Manage initial outreach and follow-up communication with families throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of referrals and family interactions with the organization

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sales or commission-based environments
• Experience in healthcare, education, or social services preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish/English, Mandarin/English, or Arabic/English preferred
• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
• Strong sense of drive and ability to develop rapport over the phone
