A company is looking for an Enrollment Eligibility Representative to manage member enrollment information.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, process, and maintain new member/group enrollment information
- Respond to member eligibility inquiries and verify enrollment status
- Reconcile eligibility discrepancies and analyze transactional data
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting using a computer
- Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Windows
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and various 8-hour shifts
