Key Responsibilities
- Manage referral intake and validate referrals for compliance
- Assist with patient enrollment and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months prior call center experience, preferably in inside sales or account management
- Basic knowledge of billing procedures and insurance reimbursement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy
- Ability to understand Medical Records documents and safety instructions
