Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Enrollment I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage referral intake and validate referrals for compliance
• Assist with patient enrollment and maintain accurate patient records
• Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and insurance regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months prior call center experience, preferably in inside sales or account management
• Basic knowledge of billing procedures and insurance reimbursement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy
• Ability to understand Medical Records documents and safety instructions
