Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and create strategic plans for mutual success
- Stay informed about product updates and provide insights to customers on leveraging solutions effectively
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, while gathering feedback to advocate for customer needs within the organization
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal/external audit, risk management, compliance consulting, or customer success in a SaaS environment
- Technical proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, Google Business Suite, MS Office, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
- Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and deliver compelling presentations
- Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction
- A genuine passion for technology and continuous improvement
