Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to ensure client satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and create strategic plans for mutual success
  • Stay informed about product updates and provide insights to customers on leveraging solutions effectively
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, while gathering feedback to advocate for customer needs within the organization
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal/external audit, risk management, compliance consulting, or customer success in a SaaS environment
  • Technical proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Gainsight, Google Business Suite, MS Office, PowerBI, or other data visualization tools
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and deliver compelling presentations
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal direction
  • A genuine passion for technology and continuous improvement
