Epic Billing Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Epic Professional Billing Application Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide system-level support for clinical and financial applications, including installation, configuration, training, and maintenance
• Lead and participate in project planning sessions, establishing goals, milestones, and procedures
• Promote customer service and collaboration with clinical and operational departments for application success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technology and/or healthcare or a related industry
• All required certifications must be obtained upon hire
• Comprehensive understanding of application support and ability to serve as a primary resource for at least one application module
• Ability to gather and translate business or clinical requirements into technical solutions for application implementation
