A company is looking for an Analyst IV/Team Lead - Epic Community Connect.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of analysts in the coordination, training, and implementation of clinical applications
• Coordinate training, troubleshooting, configuration, and error resolution for applications
• Lead the development and implementation of new features or enhancements for large-scale projects

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least five years of experience as a senior clinical/business analyst or project manager
• Strong software and application knowledge with a base understanding of relevant technologies
• Experience in mentoring and supervising team operations
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills
