A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users in-person and over the phone
- Diagnose and resolve Level 2 technical issues with hardware and software
- Review and resolve Service Now incidents and requests to ensure smooth IT operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of work experience in a related field beyond the degree
- Experience with Windows 10 or 11 operating systems and Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and experience in Service Now
- Experience supporting AV technology in conference rooms and executives
