Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to users in-person and over the phone
  • Diagnose and resolve Level 2 technical issues with hardware and software
  • Review and resolve Service Now incidents and requests to ensure smooth IT operations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of work experience in a related field beyond the degree
  • Experience with Windows 10 or 11 operating systems and Microsoft Office products
  • Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and experience in Service Now
  • Experience supporting AV technology in conference rooms and executives
