Escrow Specialist I

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Escrow Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish tax and insurance lines for newly originated loans and provide escrow figures for loan modifications
• Review closing documents and validate tax and insurance information to set up escrow data accurately
• Prepare mock escrow analysis figures and escalate complex escrow issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years related mortgage banking or financial industry experience required
• Previous experience with mortgage loan servicing and originating systems preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, Teams, & Outlook)
