Ethics Advisor, Case Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Ethics Advisor, Case Management (Retainer) to provide support in handling cases related to protection against retaliation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary reviews of whistleblower protection cases and draft necessary documentation
• Make independent reviews of investigation reports and inform reporters of outcomes
• Provide consistent ethical advice and contribute to improving internal policies related to retaliation requests

Required Qualifications

• Advanced university degree in law, criminology, social sciences, or related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in organizational ethics or law
• Experience in legal or ethics-related document drafting and analysis
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of French or Spanish is an asset
• A combination of a Bachelor's degree with 2 additional years of relevant work experience may be accepted
