A company is looking for a Compliance Operations Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the company's annual compliance training program
- Track contract inventory and serve as a point of contact for third-party contract vendors
- Lead support ticket management and assist with compliance documentation and project management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in compliance or risk management within banking, financial services, or consumer lending
- Familiarity with federal and state consumer protection laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with shifting priorities and emerging compliance functions
