Key Responsibilities
- Review marketing materials for compliance with consumer protection and financial regulations
- Track and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Monitor and implement regulations governing consumer lending and servicing across operations
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of compliance experience, preferably in consumer lending, banking, or fintech
- Hands-on experience with marketing compliance and bank audit support
- Familiarity with consumer lending regulations (e.g., TILA, ECOA, UDAAP)
- Experience using compliance tools such as Alloy, PerformLine, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple compliance priorities
