Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory integrity across marketing, lending, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review marketing materials for compliance with consumer protection and financial regulations
• Track and manage customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
• Monitor and implement regulations governing consumer lending and servicing across operations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of compliance experience, preferably in consumer lending, banking, or fintech
• Hands-on experience with marketing compliance and bank audit support
• Familiarity with consumer lending regulations (e.g., TILA, ECOA, UDAAP)
• Experience using compliance tools such as Alloy, PerformLine, and Salesforce
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple compliance priorities
