Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess global privacy and AI laws, implementing necessary compliance changes
• Advise on AI governance and risk management, collaborating with teams to operationalize strategies
• Provide legal guidance on privacy assessments and support the commercial legal team with privacy-related requests

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of legal experience focused on global privacy laws and compliance
• Law degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active state bar membership
• Strong understanding of global privacy frameworks and emerging AI regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Confidence to work independently with sound judgment for escalation of issues
