Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel specializing in Litigation and SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage pending and threatened litigation, including responses to third-party subpoenas
• Oversee the prosecution and maintenance of the corporate patent, trademark, and copyright portfolio
• Assist with regulatory compliance matters, including data privacy and artificial intelligence

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree with excellent academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law in good standing in any U.S. jurisdiction
• At least five years of experience in litigation and intellectual property, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Experience with regulatory compliance in data privacy and cybersecurity
• Industry knowledge relevant to the development and licensing of software products
