Experience Design Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experience Design Architect for a remote position in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the experience strategy for Design & Make Live, focusing on human-centered and AI-augmented workflows
• Architect multi-user interaction patterns that are natural and scalable across industries
• Lead rapid prototyping and concept validation for new interaction paradigms, collaborating with internal product teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in UX architecture, interaction design, or product design at the system or platform level
• Strong track record of designing for emerging technologies such as AI and real-time collaboration
• Ability to think holistically across data, interaction, and visualization
• Excellent collaboration skills with senior engineers and product leaders
• Comfort working in a small, autonomous, high-trust team with broad responsibility
