Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Drive discovery and requirements definition through stakeholder interviews, audits, user research, and creating UX artifacts
• Design high-quality, user-centered solutions, including UX diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes, while validating designs through research
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure design integrity and support project delivery while mentoring junior designers

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in UX/UI digital product design with a proven track record of shipping digital products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in UX, visual design, and individual contributions to products
• Expertise in design systems, including atomic design principles and accessibility standards
• Proficiency in Figma and experience with motion design tools
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies and ability to collaborate with engineering teams
