Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate soft services, establish specifications, solicit bids, and negotiate contracts
- Review and approve vendor contracts while managing operating supplies and various services
- Act as the point of contact for emergencies and ensure compliance with policies and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a combination of experience and education
- Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple sources of information
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
