Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant II Business Analyst (Change Management).

Key Responsibilities

• Engages with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Manages the product backlog and develops actionable timelines in collaboration with the Program Manager
• Facilitates requirement sessions and synthesizes complex information into clear documentation of business needs

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of business analysis experience in a consulting setting
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience writing detailed business and functional requirements
• Familiarity with Adobe Marketing Cloud and database marketing environments
• Basic SQL skills and experience with Microsoft Office Software
