FedRAMP Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a FedRAMP Specialist to provide strategic and technical guidance on Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary FedRAMP expert for agency business units and product teams, guiding them through authorization efforts
• Serve as the liaison between product teams and the FedRAMP PMO, ensuring compliance and addressing concerns
• Create and deliver presentations and training sessions to various audiences on FedRAMP standards and requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Minimum of four years of experience supporting federal agency FedRAMP programs, including leading ATO efforts for cloud services
• Experience with a FedRAMP-Accredited Third-Party Assessment Organization (3PAO) for cloud system assessments
• Comprehensive understanding of the FedRAMP lifecycle and federal security standards, including NIST SP 800-53
• Experience developing and managing critical security documentation, such as System Security Plans and Security Assessment Reports
