  • Part time - 25 Hours pw - Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2.30pm (can be flexible)
  • £20,000 per annum (£30,000 FTE)

Our HR team support the FIM business and it's sister company Kudos Facilities Management on all elements of HR, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated individual to take on the role of HR & Recruitment Coordinator, to manage the end to end recruitment, screening and onboarding process across both businesses. Ensuring excellent hiring decisions and candidate experience throughout.

You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of the applicant tracking system and the respective recruitment channels, including indeed, linkedin and approved recruiters. With clear KPI's you will ensure roles are attracting sufficient talent and supporting hiring managers in screening, shortlisting and interviewing.

As the sole person responsible for onboarding, you will ensure compliance with legislative and company process, as well as championing the employee experience. Working with managers to implement induction plans.

As a small team, you will also support on ad-hoc HR tasks as and when availability allows, this may include correspondence, communications, events and/or benefits management, Full training will be given on these tasks.

About you

Ideally you will have completed CIPD level 3 or similar, although this is not essential, however you will be very comfortable and accurate in your written and verbal communication skills.

You will have spent at least 1 year in an in-house recruitment function, with demonstrable experience of managing the recruitment process and influencing hiring managers. Experience within an SME environment is desirable, but you may have worked in a larger function that still allowed you visibility of the full process from recruitment to onboarding.

Relationship development in the short and medium term will be easy for you and you will enjoy the interaction with candidates, internal stakeholders and recruitment partners.
