Key Responsibilities

• Prepares financial analysis of variance and changes in business conditions
• Leads project teams to develop tools and processes for management reporting and financial analysis
• Acts as a subject matter expert, ensuring business unit's financial needs are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, or a business-related field
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or strategic planning
• MBA or similar degree is preferred
• Strong knowledge of analytic tools and financial reporting systems
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
