Financial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Operations Analyst responsible for managing data related to invoicing and accruals in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with client onboarding through contract review and documentation related to invoicing
• Ensure timely completion of data for client invoicing and accruals, addressing any barriers
• Gather, analyze, and verify data accuracy while identifying performance opportunities through audits and reconciliations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or related fields in healthcare or financial analysis
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance or Accounting
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification required within 9 months of hire
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis
• Knowledge of Revenue Cycle structure is preferred
