Florida Licensed Pediatric Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (FL License) - Part Time Evenings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual high-quality, evidence-based mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to K-12 students
• Conduct initial mental health intake assessments, create individual treatment plans, and perform ongoing assessments of student progress
• Collaborate with the care management team and participate in clinical team activities, ensuring timely documentation and adherence to guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Licensed without restrictions as a LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in Florida and the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
• Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
• Strong technological skills and experience with digital documentation
• Bilingual proficiency in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others is a strong plus
