Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of listings, sales, and activity reports
• Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Generate property listings and maintain knowledge of real estate laws and market trends

Required Qualifications

• Must maintain a current State of Florida Real Estate Broker's License
• Must have 10 years of sales manager experience, preferably in a resort/club community
• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of customer and real estate market dynamics
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, and climbing stairs
• Must maintain continuing education requirements and comply with company policies
