Fractional Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager (Fractional) for a 3-4 month contract engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to accounting staff, fostering a collaborative team environment
• Assist in managing day-to-day, month-end, and year-end accounting activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Perform variance analysis and prepare/review financial reporting packages

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting and private industry at a publicly traded company
• 2+ years of supervisory experience
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX/internal controls
• Experience with NetSuite and Concur preferred
