Job Summary
A company is looking for a Full Stack Engineer II to support the design, development, and deployment of a VoiceBot solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud IVR flows and supporting APIs for VoiceBot self-service tasks
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and event-driven services for secure data exchange with enterprise systems
- Design and develop frontend tools to support contact center staff and optimize Genesys IVR call flows
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
- 3-5 years of full-stack software development experience in enterprise or contact center environments
- 1-2 years of experience developing within the VA environment, with current VA clearance preferred
- Hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud IVR development or comparable contact center platforms
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS/TypeScript for frontend development and experience with C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python for backend development
