Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the GenAI roadmap in collaboration with MOPs leaders and other stakeholders
• Architect scalable solutions by translating marketing and sales requirements into technical solutions
• Implement AI-powered workflows to enhance campaign personalization and automate workflows

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in senior Marketing Operations, Technical Marketing, or Business Systems roles
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce)
• Demonstrated experience in implementing AI tools and data automation workflows
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives across multiple functions
• Proficiency with data integration via APIs and light scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python)
