General Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a General Manager to oversee a large and complex region, managing a team and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the P&L, team, and strategic direction for the region
• Champion operational excellence and implement end-to-end operational improvements
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with city officials and community members

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, management consultancy, or a related field
• Experience in owning a P&L and managing a team of professional staff
• Advanced understanding of metrics, KPIs, and warehouse operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus
• Ability to navigate complex issues and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
