Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the P&L, team, and strategic direction for the region
- Champion operational excellence and implement end-to-end operational improvements
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with city officials and community members
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in operations, management consultancy, or a related field
- Experience in owning a P&L and managing a team of professional staff
- Advanced understanding of metrics, KPIs, and warehouse operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL is a plus
- Ability to navigate complex issues and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
