- Monitors engagement metrics to refine the omnichannel strategy and ensure alignment with healthcare professional needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Health Sciences, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree preferred
- Seven-plus years of experience in Medical Affairs or Medical Omnichannel development
- Experience leading cross-collaborative initiatives and managing teams
- Strong project and process management skills
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
